Our professional home watch visit includes regular and thorough checks of your property. We check the exterior and interior of your home, as well as cycle the water zones and look for any abnormalities. During our visit, we will follow a detailed checklist while making notes and taking pictures of anything we need to share with the homeowner. If a problem should arise, we are your dedicated person, helping you get it resolved quickly.
Upon completing our home watch visit, you will be emailed a report detailing our visit. Our thorough communication with our clients is just one of the many things that sets our professional home watch visits apart.

Short-term home watch services: Going on vacation and just need us for a one-time service? We also offer vacation watch services for those that might need our services for a limited time. Give yourself the peace of mind knowing you have a professional caring for your home. We also offer key holder services for the frequent traveler in those “just in case” moments while you are away.
Common services include mail pickup, trash day assistance, package deliveries, landscape and snow removal verification, interior and exterior plant maintenance, and groceries upon return.

Pricing
Each home and property is unique and we like to meet with our potential clients at their home to give an accurate per visit price and discuss our services. We do not give estimates over the phone. At the initial meeting, we will review your needs, take a brief tour of your property, and we will give you an estimate on the spot.
From there if you should choose to move forward with our services, you will receive our client agreement, property profile form to complete, and client exclusive resources to help yiou prepare for your departure.
