Each client receives a customized checklist tailored to their unique property. During our visits, we conduct thorough exterior and interior checks, completing our detailed checklist while documenting our observations with notes and time-stamped photos. You'll receive a comprehensive report after each visit, giving you helping provide peace of mind while you're away.
Visit Frequency: This is one of the most commonly asked questions. Our recommendation is weekly home watch. More frequent visits provide additional opportunities to identify visible concerns early, particularly during Minnesota's winter months. Biweekly service is also available based on your home's needs and your preferences.
