If you’ve ever packed up to head south for the winter, you’ve probably had that little nagging thought: “Is everything okay back home?” That’s the exact worry that inspired me to start Snowbird Home Watch here in North Oaks, Minnesota.
After a short chapter in the corporate world, I found my true passion leading my family’s footwear import business. I learned the nuts and bolts of entrepreneurship — but more importantly, I learned that business works best when it’s personal.
Over the years, I noticed more and more homeowners leaving for the season without a clear plan to protect their properties. A frozen pipe, a leaky roof, or a power outage could turn a relaxing getaway into a stressful return.
I knew there had to be a better way — one rooted in trust, consistency, and community. That’s when Snowbird Home Watch was born.
Today, I help homeowners protect what matters most — their homes and peace of mind. Each visit is personal. Each checklist is detailed. Because for us, it’s never “just a house.”
