As the year winds down and the holidays arrive, things naturally start to slow down for many people. For us at Snowbird Home Watch, this time of year is actually our busiest season—and also one of our favorites.

While homeowners head south or travel to spend time with family, our days fill up with visits, check-ins, and making sure homes across North Oaks, Minnesota and the surrounding cities are safe, secure, and well cared for. Before we close out another busy season, we wanted to take a moment to share a sincere thank you.

Late fall through winter is when we as a Minnesota home watch company is most busy. Freezing temperatures, snow, storms, and empty homes can quickly turn small issues into big problems if no one is keeping an eye on things.

This season, we’ve been on the move every day—checking homes, catching issues early, and communicating with homeowners who are away enjoying their seasonal homes or time with family. It’s busy, it’s fast-paced, and it’s exactly why Snowbird Home Watch exists.
